XPFLOW Brand Asset Management is part of the XPFLOW Suite of products. Brand Asset Management helps you create, approve, administer and distribute brand assets effectively using a web based interface.

Some of the key features of XPFLOW Brand Asset Management product are as follows

• Assets created within XPFLOW will go through an approval process before they can be distributed
• One or more workflows can be created based on Asset Type, Location, Brand or any other configurable parameter
• Asset Approval Forms are configurable and can be associated with one or more workflows
• All configurable workflows and forms are administered using a web based interface
• Users or roles with appropriate permissions can participate in the workflow
• XPFLOW tracks updates, comments and changes that are made in all stages of the Approval Process
• Once the asset is approved, the versioned asset is available for distribution to various licensees/vendors based on permissions assigned

Centralized Secure Storage and Versioning

• XPFLOW supports multiple types of file formats including JPEG, GIF and Word Documents
• Assets that are in all stages of development are stored securely in a centralized location
• All Assets are versioned and all versions are maintained in the data store
• All access to assets is through a secure web based interface
• Access to view and and/or download assets are managed by XPFLOW digital rights management thereby ensuring that user or user groups with required permissions can only access these assets

Asset Catalog

• XPFLOW allows users with appropriate permissions to create asset catalogs
• Asset Catalogs can only be created for assets that are approved
• Asset Catalogs can be created based on multiple configurable parameters
• Catalog Management, Administration and Use are all via a web based interface
• Catalog based search is available

Asset Tag

• Once an asset is uploaded to XPFLOW, the asset gets versioned and appropriately tagged based on the information entered for asset approval
• Users with appropriate permissions can create asset tags that are globally visiblen.
• Users can also create asset tags that are visible only to them
• Asset tags can be searched and modified

Asset Search

• Assets can be searched by multiple configurable parameters like created by, last modified date, brand the asset associated with etc
• Assets can be searched by user defined tags that are associated with the asset

Asset Distribution

• Assets created within XPFLOW can be distributed securely and effectively to various licensees and/or vendors using an easy use Web Based Interface
• XPFLOW Brand Asset Management product can exist in a standalone mode and integrates with other third party distribution software or web portals
